Boston Hunt was established in 1999 and brought together the talents and expertise of Diane Boston and Jackie Hunt.
Jackie Hunt (BA Chartered FCIPD) has a background in teaching, management training & development and human resources consultancy. She is also Vice Chair of a Patient & Public Involvement Forum for an NHS Primary Care Trust.
Diane Boston (MBA Chartered FCIPD) has worked in operational and senior management, as well as in specialist human resources and training & development roles. She also has expertise in issues relating to governance, is a director of the Students' Union Evaluation Initiative and has been a Board member of a Housing Association for 9 years.
Boston Hunt works in partnership with its clients, encouraging and supporting best practice in governance, leadership and people & performance management. We design and deliver development interventions, in particular for organisations in the not-for-profit sector, working with Boards, Chief Executives, Managers, Front Line Staff, Volunteers and Residents.
At any one time, we work with a limited number of clients - managing, designing and delivering the work ourselves, bringing in a select number of associates to work alongside us according to the size and nature of the project.
